The OEM version secures and saves its own data. You can get that back after reinstallation of the Windows 10. What all you need to do is to click the option of Backup system files to the recovery drive. This option will pop up in the very dialog box that will open as you create the recovery drive.

If the OEM partition is not available, embed Windows 10 files to this drive. Furthermore, you need to:

• Download ISO file of the Windows while following the prompts.
• Mouse over the ISO file and double click to organize it in the File Explorer.
• Click the second File Explorer window. Click to display the pan data of the USB recovery drive.
• Bring the two File Explorers parallel to each other.
• Drag and drop the pan data of the organized ISO drive to the recovery drive.
• Add a caption to the drive.
• Position it at the desired location.

The ISO file or an ISO image is a replica of the CD, DVD or BD data. The disc precisely creates it in the system. It is denoted with .ISO file extension.
